Technician servicing a reverse osmosis system

Schedule your annual service

Has it been about a year since you last had your water filtration equipment serviced? If so, it’s about time you scheduled an annual service. Routine maintenance ensures your equipment continues working efficiently to eradicate harmful toxins and bacteria that may be present in your home’s drinking water.

For your convenience, you can easily schedule your annual service using the button below. Choose an available time and day that works best for you.

For anything other than the annual service schedule, or if you need an appointment sooner than the days available below, please get in touch with our office directly at (847) 382-7800.

How to Use the Online Appointment Scheduler

Using our online appointment scheduler is simple. Just follow these steps to book your annual service:

  • Click the “Choose A Time” button above
  • Click “Choose A Time” on the pop-up screen
  • Pick your appropriate state from the two options (Illinois or Florida)
  • Fill out your contact information
  • Identify any water issues you’re having
  • Select the best date and time for your service appointment

On the final page, you’ll be given an option to add any special notes about your water-related issues. Please describe any specific issues or anything else you think we should know here.

What to Expect After You Schedule

Once you schedule your annual service, you should receive an email confirmation with a reminder of the date and time you selected. The day before your appointment, we’ll communicate a window of time our technicians will arrive at your home. This communication will be done via email, text and an automated telephone call. In addition, we’ll call you 15 to 30 minutes beforehand. You will also receive an email with your technician’s photo so you know who to expect at your door.

You’ll be able to ask questions before and after the service is completed. The technician will verify what they’ll be doing before starting the project and update you once it is done. Since all of our technicians are trained and/or WQA certified, you can have peace of mind in knowing the job will be completed effectively, safely and with the utmost professionalism.

If you still have questions, check out our helpful FAQs page below. More comprehensive information can be found on our dedicated FAQs page or resource library. Of course, you’re always welcome to call and speak with one of our friendly customer service representatives.

Frequently Asked Questions

If you don’t find the answer you’re looking for, please call us at (847) 382-7800.

Can I do this myself instead of paying for it?

Yes, if you feel confident enough to do it. We can assist you by providing the parts for servicing it yourself. However, we do recommend you get professional help with installation and maintenance.

Does the state regulate plumbers to be certified?

Yes. Plumbers are regulated by the Illinois Department of Health (ILDPH).

Are you the cheapest option?

We sell all makes and models, so there are options for all budgets. However, we advise against purchasing water filtration equipment based solely on which model is the cheapest. The “cheapest” models often don’t last nearly as long as better options and end up costing more money in the long run.

If there’s bad stuff in my water, why hasn’t the city done something about it?

They can’t make the water perfect for drinking when 99% is used for industry, and only 1% is used for human consumption. Water goes through a water TREATMENT plant, not a water FILTRATION plant.

How often should I get my water filtration systems serviced?

All systems (regardless of make or model) should be scheduled for routine maintenance once a year. However, you should also schedule a service whenever you notice something wrong with your system. For example, water filtration systems that are leaking, making strange noises, or obviously no longer working need to be repaired immediately.

What if I need to reschedule my appointment?

If you need to reschedule your appointment, please give us a call. Ideally, we ask that you provide us with at least 24 hours advance notice before rescheduling or canceling an appointment. Please do NOT use this online scheduler to change your appointment.

What can happen if I skip the annual maintenance on my water quality equipment?

Skipping out on routine maintenance can cause your water quality to break or stop working as effectively. This can allow harmful chemicals, carcinogens and pathogens into your family’s drinking water. These contaminants can cause numerous illnesses and diseases. Another problem that may arise is that your equipment will irreparably break long before its expected lifespan.

How can I find out what’s in my family’s drinking water?

The only way to know what’s lurking in your family’s drinking water is to have professional water testing done. You can schedule water testing with Angel Water at the best time for you. Our technicians can also do a water test during your annual maintenance appointment if you’d like.
