The starting prices listed on this page are for the products themselves. Installation and maintenance costs vary depending on your location and the complexity of the setup. We recommend contacting us for a personalized quote that includes installation and any additional services you may require.

Do your systems come with any warranties or guarantees?

Yes! Warranties vary depending on the quality of the system. Some water softeners come with a lifetime warranty on the filter material. We also offer our Angel Halo Guarantee with some water softeners. This guarantees that the system will completely remove the rock out of your water, and if you’re not satisfied, we’ll issue credit for a system of equal or greater value.

Do you have any financing options or payment plans for your products?

How often do water purification systems require maintenance or replacement parts?

RO systems and water filters usually need filter replacements every 6-12 months, depending on usage. Can I install a water purification system myself, or do I need a professional to do it?

The answer to this question depends on the complexity of your system. Some of the systems we sell, such as the PurASure Countertop RO System, are simple enough that you can plug them in and start them right up. Other more complex systems require expert plumbing knowledge for correct installation. For these systems, we recommend installation by our licensed plumbers. Not only will this save you the trouble of installing it on your own, but it will also ensure you retain full warranty coverage on your system.
